It can happen to the best of us. Wrist pain is unfortunately a common issue when it comes to exercising. Whether you're lifting weights, holding an iron-cross pose, hammering out burpees, or doing pushups against the wall upside down, your wrists are pretty vulnerable. After hearing from a ton of our friends that they were experiencing wrist pain, we decided to go to the drawing boards and create a way to save your wrists. Weight lifting wrist wraps assist in providing stability and support to the wrist. You'll benefit by an improvement in your form/technique and you are less likely to injure your wrists. Even experienced gym rats will express that when weight lifting, wrist support is something that is necessary because wrists are weak and can severely limit maximum lifting potential.
We started by buying a lot of the competitor's wraps and testing ourselves. We found that some of the other elastic wrist wraps for lifting on the market come up short in a few ways. First and foremost, most of them were too tight. The circulation was cut off and we ended up cutting our workouts short because there wasn't enough blood flow to keep pushing. Second, the velcro enclosures were far too skinny and by the 3rd or 4th workout, it started to tear. Lastly, we didn't like how any of them looked.
Introducing our weightlifting wrist wraps - designed and developed by Crazy Muscle. Here are a few details about the weightlifting wrist wraps:
Comes in set of 2 wrist wraps
Length is 14", 22" when stretched
Cuff thickness is 3"
Thumb loops make it easy to use
Wider & longer velcro enclosures = stronger wrist support band
Includes a limited 30-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
The weight lifting wrist supports aren't just good for working out. If you happen to have tendonitis from working on a computer all day, the straps will double as a way to provide some compression and stability during your work day. You'll probably want to get another pair so that you aren't using a damp wrist wrap from the morning workout session.
Here's How to Wrap a Wrist for Support
One thing to note - Don't make a habit of wearing the powerlifting wrist wraps during your entire workout because no matter what, you aren't getting full blood circulation to your hands. If you are about to do a series of workouts where you know either your form isn't perfect or you know that the particular movement has given your wrist some issues in the past, by all means wrap up! On legs day, leave the wraps at home.
Happy lifting!

I can push more
I broke my left wrist a few years ago and have never been able to put up the weight I used to. These wrist wraps were a dang good buy because I could finally stabilize the weights better and even though I can't lift like I used to, I feel way safer knowing my wrists won't give out as easily.

best wraps ive owned
Very nice wraps. I've owned other pairs and I haven't found them to have as much support or durability as these. I'm very satisfied with these wraps and feel comfortable and solid support when lifting heavy.

Good support for crossfit
I got these free with my order, but after using them for a few weeks...I would seiruosly pay for them. Power cleans I feel are easier and I don't have any wrist issues when I lift anymore. I like how you can write your name on the back of the flap on the other side of the logo, cool design.

I thought these straps offered great wrist support for carpal tunnel that I've had for the past 3 years now.

100% necessary!!
I'm a heavy lifter and never really used any sort of wrist wraps for weight lifting. It took a few times to get used to. I think I wrapped them too tight and my hands felt like they lost circulation. It gets better after a few workout sessions. I think it helps most when you are doing push exercises. I feel like my wrists get stronger and don't wobble when I bench. Was able to add 50 lbs on the bench immediately.

Lovely wrist support for tennis
My husband bought a pair and I ended up stealing them to use for tennis. I sprain my wrists easily, but think these bands have great wrist support for tennis. My wrists feel more stable and secure no matter how long I play.

Great powerlifting wraps
Not necessary when you do back and legs, but for arms, chest, shoulders..super awesome wrist support for weightlifting. My favorite workout to do with these straps is power cleans.

Quality Wrist Wraps
The wraps worked perfectly. Hit shoulders today, and they provided excellent support, especially while doing military press. The support was even around my wrists and didn't cut off circulation. You guys did a good job with the velcro placement. It's in the right place and long enough for any wrist size. I'm impressed with the quality of them, and will for sure keep them in my gym bag for future use.
