Look, everybody has a goal. 

Sure, some goals are more ambitious than other goals, but we're all wired as humans to desire achievement.

No matter how ambitious the goal is, there are some people who achieve them and those who do not.

Ultimately, it all boils down to your mindset and your habits.

Our brains will favor easy over hard any day of the week. This is typically why people hate change.
