All orders are shipped same day before 2 PM (PST). Orders received after 2 PM (PST) will be shipped the following business day.
All products are discreetly shipped and billed. Shipping is done via USPS.
Crazy Muscle offers an option to include shipping insurance, which protects your shipment from damage or loss. If shipping insurance is not purchased, the customer forfeits any shipping protection and takes full responsibility of any damage or loss during shipment.

- USPS First Class/Priority (12 - 21 days) - Shipping is based on weight. Pricing starts at $8

We make absolutely no profit on our shipping. For 95% of our orders, we actually ship at a loss in order to offer the lowest prices in shipping without making us increase our product prices or starving our employees. :)
Customs Policy for International Orders
By placing the order, you agree to our terms and conditions stating that you take on the risk of the order getting stopped by customs, incurring additional tariff/duty charges or lost in the mail. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Based on our research into customs importing regulations, there are 5 products we know for sure that we are unable to ship: Annadrall, Dekka and Muscle Attack to the following countries...

- United Kingdom
All international customers assume 100% of the risk of customs seizures by purchasing from our website. We will do everything we can to help push it through, but a refund will ONLY be given if the products are returned to us less any shipping costs. If you received a seizure notice, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their respective customs agency office to challenge the seizure. We are more than happy to assist with this and provide whatever information we need to. Furthermore, if your package is delivered with an additional customs charge, this is not something we have control over and is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be given only if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging. Products that have been opened will not qualify for a refund. Shipping costs unfortunately will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Also note that returns will incur the exact shipping cost we paid along with a 5% restocking fee. Please see terms and conditions for further detail. Here is what you need to do for a refund:
- Login to your account
- View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
- Click the Return Item(s) button
- We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 - 20 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
