Not sure it works for weight loss, but provides another benefit

I've been using this for probably a year, and use it on faith that it's at least helping me maintain my weight. I can't say it's actually help me lose any. I most times don't bother swallowing the pill, I pop it in my mouth to get the liquid then dispose of the capsule. I think the flavor is pleasant. What I have noticed is that it definitely helps keep me regular! Promotes bowel movements, and that alone is worth it.

What To Expect When Taking CLA

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring fatty acid that has been clinically proven to block the process of converting excess fat in your food to being stored as body fat. There are over 35 clinical medical research studies that have proven that it reduces body fat.

Expect CLA to assist in increasing lean muscle mass, decreasing your body fat ratio, maintaining your weight loss, and stabilizing your immune system.

CLA is not a “get thin quick” type of product. Spoiler alert - There’s NOTHING out there that is… well, other than liposuction.

A healthy amount of CLA is roughly 1 gram with each meal. Many conjugated linoleic acid supplements on the market require multiple capsules to be taken to add up to 1 gram, but you only need 1 capsule per meal with ours.

How Does CLA Work In The Body?

CLA acts on the PRAR system (molecular signaling receptor) to influence fat burning, inflammation, glucose, and lipid metabolism. While thermogenic fat burners speed up the metabolism and burn body fat for energy, CLA helps block your body from turning dietary fat in food into actual body fat.

The best type of food to obtain CLA from is certified organic, 100% grass-fed beef and cheese. Unfortunately, there’s not enough CLA found even in the highest quality of these foods.

To get the suggested dose of CLA daily naturally from food for optimal fat burning potential, one would have to consume multiple servings of the above foods. You would likely need to spend around $100-200/week to get enough from food, depending on age, height, weight, gender, activity level, etc.

All else equal, CLA is effective for losing fat while maintaining lean muscle. Plus, CLA works the same for men and women. Results vary, but you should see the effects of CLA within a few weeks of taking it.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do You Need To Cycle CLA?

There's no need to cycle on/off CLA so feel free to take it every day.

2. Can Women Use CLA The Same Way As Men Do?

Women can take CLA in the same dosage as men. CLA works the same for everyone. However, if you're pregnant, we advise you not to take CLA.

3. Is Supplementing With CLA Necessary For Fat Loss?

CLA is not necessary for fat loss. However, it does get you to your goal body faster by helping to block your body's process of turning dietary fat in food into actual body fat.

4. Can You Get CLA From Food/Nutrition?

Foods that have CLA are grass fed animal sources such as butter, milk, beef, poultry, and eggs. Ideally, CLA is best taken via the foods you eat. However, agriculture practices today have drastically reduced the amount of CLA found in dairy and beef. The best type of food to obtain CLA from is certified organic, 100% grass-fed beef and cheese, which tends to be on the expensive side. Unfortunately, there is not enough CLA found even in the highest quality meat and dairy foods. CLA is also difficult for vegans and vegetarians to get the recommended amount per day.

In order to get the recommended amount of CLA per day naturally from food for optimal fat burning potential, one would have to consume multiple servings of the above foods. As an estimate, you would likely need to spend around $100-200/week to get enough from food, depending on things like age, height, weight, gender, and activity level, etc.

Think about it this way...you would need to consume approximately 7 lbs of organic, grass-fed beef, 4 gallons of organic, grass-fed ice cream or 4 gallons of organic, grass-fed whole milk in order to get all of your CLA needs through food. Our non-GMO conjugated linoleic acid softgels can be an incredible way to supplement the food you are eating in order to get rid of the excess, stubborn fat.

5. Is CLA Safe To Take?
